“The Colombian Government policies over the past three years have contributed to the dismantling of the rule of law and the consolidation of impunity”, said the ICJ in a new report released today.
The ICJ said today that a new demobilization law adopted by the Colombian Congress will perpetuate impunity for grave crimes committed in the conflict in Colombia.
On the eve of the adoption by the Colombian Congress of the so called Justice and Peace bill, the Colombian Commission of Jurists analyzes the articles contained in it.
