Council of Europe: Draft Convention on Prevention of Terrorism finalized

The Committee of Experts on Terrorism (CODEXTER) finalized its Draft Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism and submitted it to the Committee of Ministers. The Convention will criminalize public provocation of terrorism and the recruitment and training of terrorists.
