In its conclusions on the report by Poland, the UN Committee against Torture raised concerns about the potential existence of secret detention facilities on Polish territory and urged the authorities to provide more information on the Polish Parliamentary inquiry conducted into these allegations. The Committee also expressed concern about Poland’s alleged involvement in extraordinary renditions of terrorist suspects. In a letter to the Committee members, the ICJ raised similar concerns.
