The International Commission of Jurists’ (ICJ’s) Annual Report for 2022 provides an overview of the organization’s human rights work in that year. The achievements documented in this report are a testament to ICJ staff’s unwavering commitment and resilience in navigating external risks, logistical hurdles in all regions, and the financial restructuring of the organization.
Today, the High Court in Pretoria was due to hear the matter of Democratic Alliance v The President of South Africa and Others. The Court agreed to hear the Southern Africa Litigation Centre (SALC) and the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) as joint amicus curiae (friends of the court).
