En présentant à ses lecteurs l’étude du Dr. Vladimir M. Kabes sur la Légalité socialiste en Tchécoslovaquie, la Commission Internationale de Juristes a deux buts en vue.
Dans la terminologie et la propagande communistes, le concept de “légalité socialiste” tient une place importante. L’expression est vague, elle n’est définie que rarement.
Généralement elle est utilisée comme une formule magique qui complète une argumentation juridiquement peu convaincante ou qui couvre une politique judiciaire défectueuse.
