The International Commission of Jurists has for many years sent international observers to leading trials in Morocco. Its observers have always been well received and offered all the usual courtesies for the accomplishment of their missions.

La Commission internationale de juristes a, pendant plusieurs années, envoyé des observateurs internationaux à des procès importants qui se tenaient au Maroc.
Ces observateurs ont toujours été bien accueillis et ont reçu les attentions aimables usuelles pour l’accomplissement de leur mission. En juillet 1981, la Commission internationale de juristes a envoyé le professeur Tremblay, un avocat canadien et un membre de sa section nationale du Canada, pour assister à un important procès à Rabat.
Le professeur Tremblay a pu assister à l’ouverture de ce procès, le 13 juillet, en compagnie d’autres observateurs internationaux, mais fut au début de la journée du 14 juillet expulsé de la manière décrite dans son rapport.
