La CIJ a publié et largement distribué toute une série d’études, maintenant incorporées dans la documentation reproduite ici; ces articles attirent l’attention des juristes du monde entier sur les aspects juridiques de l’intervention soviétique en Hongrie.

Ils traitent aussi des violations du Traité de Paix avec la Hongrie de 1947 et de la Conven­tion de Genève de 1949, consécutives a l’instauration du régime Kadar dans ce pays.

Ce document contient :

  • le texte d’une résolution adoptée par un Congrès organisé par la CIJ à une Conférence tenue à La Haye, le 2 mars 1957
  • une introduction sur la situation en Hongrie
