The Review will provide, on a quarterly basis, not only studies in depth on current legal issues, but also up-to-date information on legal developments throughout the world. In this issue, the special study is an article looking at pollution by Mr. Robert Kiéfé.
In its condemnation of violations of the rule of law and laws actions running counter to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in support that it gives to the gradual implementation of the law of human rights in national systems and in the international legal order, The Review seeks to echo the voice of every member of the legal professions in his search for a just society and a peaceful world.
