“Voting for Peace” is an independent assessment of the prospects for free and fair elections in South Africa made by the international Commission of Jurists in November 1993.

The Mission was formed by Enoch Dumbutshena (Former Chief Justice) Zimbabwe; Adama Dieng (Secretary General of the ICJ) Senegal; John Macdonald Q.C. United Kingdom; Carl Lidbom (Former Minister of Justice) Sweden; and Philip Amoah (ICJ Legal Officer for Africa) Ghana.
