Bank Indonesia Regulation (2001)

Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 3/10/PBI/2001 concerning the Implementation of the Know Your Customer Principles.

Know Your Customer Principles are principles implemented by a Bank in order to know and recognize its Customer’s identity, monitor its Customer’s transaction including to report suspicious transaction.
