Information received from the Government on cases included in previous reports
614. Finally, in the case of Marcel Brosca, who was allegedly severely beaten by police in Teduci, the Iasi military prosecutor’s office concluded that no violence had been exerted against him. He was convicted of robbery and homosexual activity and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment.
