En septembre 2005, le CIJ a conseillé le gouvernement français pour l’organisation de son séminaire d’experts de haut niveau sur les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels.
Environ 150 experts, diplomates, universitaires et représentants d’ONG du monde entier ont assisté au séminaire. Ce document résume une sélection des idées principales soulevées lors du séminaire d’experts de haut niveau sur les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels tenu à Nantes en septembre 2005.
