The COVID-19 pandemic and its associated health, political, and economic impacts continued to affect the work of the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ). The organization responded to this with remarkable resilience and resourcefulness, having completed 79% of the planned activities in 40 countries and reaching 5,239 participants through training and capacity-building initiatives. Our Annual Report for 2021 provides a summary of all the work we did to safeguard human rights and uphold the rule of law in that year.
