This bulletin was published following the first Conference of French-speaking African Jurists, held in Dakar from January 5 to 9 1967, organised by the ICJ, its French national section Libre Justice and the Association Sénégalaise d’Etudes et de Recherches Juridiques.
The Conference drew up many practical recommendations for the application of the rule of law in the African nations.
