Twelve steps to end renditions and secret detentions in Europe: four human rights organizations issue joint statement
European governments must take action against renditions and illegal detentions, the ICJ said today in a joint statement with three other human rights groups.

Conference organised jointly by the Swiss and German sections of the ICJ
