The Second National Memory Conference will take place on 9–10 June 2026 in Kathmandu, Nepal, bringing together diverse voices to reflect on memory, justice, and inclusion in transitional justice processes.
The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), as co-organiser of the conference, will contribute through two panel discussions on 10 June 2026 focused on strengthening inclusive approaches to justice, accountability, and collective memory.
🔹 Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) – advancing survivor-centered approaches to truth, justice, and accountability, with an emphasis on recognition, participation, and addressing the ongoing exclusion of survivors from public memory and justice processes.
