JUSTICE (the British section of the ICJ) has launched the JUSTICE Journal which is a new six-monthly publication. It aims to promote debate on topical issues relating to human rights and the rule of law.

Aux termes de deux sessions extraordinaires de la Commission arabe permanente des droits de l’homme aux mois de juin et d’octobre 2003 entièrement consacrées à la « modernisation » de la Charte arabe des droits de l’homme et au cours desquelles les propositions des Etats membres de la Ligue ont été discutées, un texte final a été adopté lors de la réunion complémentaire à sa deuxième session extraordinaire qui s’est tenue du 4 au 15 janvier 2004.
Un certain nombre de préoccupations subsistent cependant, note la CIJ.
