Court martial must end trial of Besigye and co-accused in Uganda

For over 15 years now, Kenyans have been agitating for a new constitutional dispensation.
This was out of a realization that we as a people needed to define our existence as a nation and craft a structure of government that would unify and serve us for posterity.
In seeking to develop a way forward towards the achievement of the above ideals, ICJ Kenya organized a workshop with representation from members of parliament, civil society, government agencies and the academia to interrogate the issues in the month of June 2005.
