Ese informe resume las conclusiones, recomendaciones y ponencias realizadas en el seminario sobre ‘Derechos Humanos y Servicios Legales en el Campo’ que tuvo lugar en Cali en 1988.
El informe quiere servir de marco para contextualizar y profundizar en las tareas especificas de organizaciones indígenas y campesinas. En consecuencia, se conviene tratar los temas generales de la tierra, la violencia y la aparente descomposición del Estado de Derecho en que vive Colombia.
