This is the tenth report on human rights in Haiti issued by Americas Watch and the National Coalition for Haitian Refugees (NCHR) since 1983. Joining them for the first time in the issuance of this report is the ICJ. This report is based on six fact-finding missions to Haiti.

Este informe relata de la independencia del poder judicial en Nicaragua analizado en este encuentro de juristas nacionales e internacionales, y presentado en esta rpimera edición permitirá una mejor visión sobre las leyes nicaragüenses.
Esta compilación es una Memoria del Seminario celebrado en el Centro de Convenciones ‘César Augusto Silva’, en Managua los días 15 y 16 de Mayo 1989. Organizado por el Centro para la Independencia de Jueces y Abogados (CIJA), de la CIJ; El Instituto Interamericano de Derechos Americanos (IIDH); la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Comisión Nacional de Promoción y Protección de los Derechos Humanos (CNPPDH) de Nicaragua, con el apoyo del Centro de Derechos Humanos de Naciones Unidas. Su contenido es un aporte al fortalecimiento de la justicia en Nicaragua.
